About

Meet Rachel

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship issues, emotional overwhelm, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and the general toll of moving through today's chaotic world.

Real healing happens in a relationship that's warm, honest, and collaborative, one that gently dismantles old, conditioned patterns rather than papering over them. I blend warmth and connection with challenge, because growth and self-awareness usually need both. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, self-worth, and a lasting sense of peace.

How I Work

An integrative approach.

Many of the people I work with have tried coping on their own for years. Anxiety, depression, or past trauma can quietly shape how you think, relate, and move through the world, often without you fully noticing.

I offer a warm, caring space where we gently explore these patterns together, so they no longer run your life, and so you can meet challenges with more choice, confidence, and self-trust.

With care and gentle challenge, therapy can help you feel more present in your life, more connected in your relationships, and more able to live in a way that feels true to who you are and what matters to you.

I draw on attachment-based, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, relational, trauma-focused, humanistic, existential and interpersonal work, along with family and marital therapy, and bring them together to suit the person in front of me.
